Delivering credible Indigenous healthcare,
One clinic, one village at a time

About us

We provide credible, culturally grounded Indigenous primary healthcare for African families and communities.  Our work combines Indigenous science, bioscience validation, and community-centred care to prevent disease, treat illness, and support long-term wellbeing.

We operate across four interconnected dimensions of health:

Personal Health

Improving individual wellbeing through credible Indigenous care, constitution-based diagnostics, preventive medicine, and holistic treatment rooted in Camagu sciences and lifestyle therapeutics.

Academic Health

Strengthening Indigenous health knowledge through structured research, practitioner training, bioscience laboratories, and the development of Africa’s Indigenous pharmacopeia.

Collective Health

Restoring community health through culturally grounded behavioural health, family systems support, mental health pathways, and Indigenous ethics that strengthen social cohesion.

Environmental Health

Regenerating African ecosystems through sustainable harvesting, regenerative agriculture, biodiversity protection, and culturally informed ecological stewardship.

Our Core Purpose:

To professionalise, protect, and modernise Indigenous sciences while fostering innovation that creates sustainable livelihoods, strengthens rural economies, and ensures healthy futures for African communities.

What sets us apart:

iCamagu Health integrates time-tested Indigenous scientific knowledge, modern bioscience and pharmacology, digital health systems and AI tools, regenerative agriculture and natural product R&D, evidence-based Indigenous diagnostics and therapeutics.  This creates a credible, scalable, and culturally aligned health system positioned for integration into South Africa’s UHC and NHI strategies.

iCamagu Health operates through a fully integrated health ecosystem
